well the only help i'm interested in is helping them knock utd out but all our decent players will be cup tied cos we played utd and coutny in this cup....

sunderland are where they are due to madness at boardroom level. sure the fans are affected but we gotta look to ourselves and honestly borini isn't getting a great time of it up there.

robinson is still out on loan btw.. blackpool... he's done ok but got sent off a couple of times.

coady is at sheff utd and only doing ok.

i'd not see ibe go to sunderland. you need him to grow up a bit more where he is before he's ready to go off there.

Llori can go.. for sure anything to see if he can do better than whats he's done at reserve level thus far.

Kelly... can't go, either he plays for johnson or we sell him, cannot afford him going somewhere are looking bad.

Alberto? too soon for loan would be lost.

I have high hopes for Borini - always gives his all on the pitch and works hard for the team.

Had the confidence to take a high pressure penalty and delivered.

Will he become a world class player - I don't think he has enough. But every squad needs work horses - Kuyt wasn't blessed with technique but his work ethic, tireless running and intelligence ensure he was a vital player.

I think Borini could be something similar ...

do you? I donm;t think he's up to it for us.

world class? noever... very good, don't think so. he is average. again there's nothing wrong with being average.. ask joe allen ;)

If we had to carry a player i would almost rather borini to aspas though. I'd hoped aspas could take on the kuyt role but he utterly failed even that.

He is only 21/22 I believe so still has plenty of years before he get's anywhere near his peak. Hopfully he can have a decent 2nd half of the season for Sunderland, come back to us with a bit of confidence and add something different. There's no doubt he has decent movement and can strike a good ball, just needs to get back doing it on a regular basis.

Having said that, if we can get anything over £12m for him then I'd sell him back to Italy where he knows he can perform.

Italian clubs will also offer +£1. Unfortunately, there will not be any figure before that +£1.

Not good enough <ok> Might improve but right now I'd take a bid of £12 and spend it on a couple of pizzas.

    Back OT? Oh, alright.
If he could, some how turn himself into the next coming of Dirk Kuyt, I'd be more than happy..
Anything less then it could be back to Italy for him.
He could have a future with us after his loan at Sunderland but if we get a decent offer for him for Italy then I don't think Rodgers would think twice about selling him.

£15 for two large pizzas from Domino's every day of the week where I am!

Borini seems to be doing well now he's getting a decent run in the side. Scoring the big goals as well (Winner in the Tyne/Wear derby, goals against Chelsea & United) which shoul breed confidence.

If he gets a few more goals and helps keep Sunderland up (A tall order but it's possible!) he'll come back here in the summer full of confidence.

Though if he starts the season with us on the bench, that confidence will probably disappear. Hmmm...

I've always defended Borini. His movement was fantastic, same as his workrate, and he was getting in good places to score. Often, he ****ed it up though and then Suarez seemed to stop playing him in and taking the shot himself. His movement off the ball made the space though.

He, like all strikers, needs a bit of confidence through regular game time. Glad he's getting it. He can be a good squad player for us.

Three times better than Aspas, 25 times worse than Suarez, 15 times worse than Sturridge, and equal to Welbeck.

Not a big fan of Borini... but he does work hard and gives it his all... sadly Borini IS better than Aspas.

Little Ceasars is $5 a large pizza where I am. (£3.25?)... of course thats rather bad pizza... but probably on par with dominos.

Cicis is $5 for all you can eat... again in the low quality pizza bracket similar to Dominos and little Ceasars.

  20. I'm not a fan of Dominos or Pizza Hut, far too thinly made. Usually use a local takeaway. Only well known pizza place I occasionally use is Pizza Express.
