Everybody's the victim of bad ref decisions etc. no club has exclusivity on that! When rivals trot out the 'always the victim' line it's usually questioned because it's usually meant to be offensive but on this thread it's use has been harmless imo.
Don't know whether he's a bastard but don't think he's sad or miserable. His success seems to have brought him a lot of happiness.
After all these years I'm forever surprised that so many of you still don't get what he's doing..maybe that's why it makes you so sad and miserable!
Take your head out of your arse! Nobody on this thread and very few in general on this board are arguing about his record as a manager. All of the comments are directed at the attitude and behaviour of the man himself.

NOF, I can see why you may feel that I'm reactionary but that is just not the case. If I were angry then I would certainly have made stronger comments. As for my relationship with TB (or the lack of it), that is none of your business so butt-out! In the context of this thread we more than understand what Ferguson has been doing. We even understand why he has been doing it. We are now commenting upon the change in attitude towards this behaviour that is being expressed by both the media and the FA. Probably we find it amusing and welcome - even if long overdue.

CALLED BANTER... anyway ferguson got what he deserved cos he would be ok saying most of what the media focused on but the full line was its not the first time this team did this sort of thing which points to bias o nthe officals parts and while the media only want to focus on the rest its this that the charge hangs on. Just a case of a guy trying to walk right o nthe edge and just going over on this occasion... charge taken, punishment served (previous record should make it a longer match ban) and nxt time this team off officials trun up they'll be cowed... job done! Think ferguson gives a toss? he's put that ref and linesman in thier place and everyone knows it cos they all know next time he'll say worse if they don't.
News today: Ferguson complains about the refs, I'm still breathing, the Earth is still spinning, and the Sun hasn't exploded yet. Must be a slow day in journalism, this is stuff that I know without it being in the 'news.'
