Another game round nice and quick. I like them coming thick and fast whilst we're doing pretty well and advantageous, as I think we have better squad depth than most, so should be able to account for fatigue better.

Bolton next and what a miserable time they're having. Seems like confidence is rock bottom and they're already resigned to finishing in the bottom 3.

I am weary of the wounded beast though - if they can grab the first goal, then they may have the bit between their teeth to go and record their first win. If we get it though, it could be that they fold and we perhaps are able to bag a few.

There are no easy games in the Championship, but this is (on paper) as close as you're likely to get. Anything other than a win and the negativity that has been swept under the rug in recent weeks could be back with a vengeance.

I have confidence that we'll pull through, so I'll go 3-1 win (Wilbraham from the bench?).

I posted on OTIB that I went to the last game when we won 6-0.

I was in the Atyeo right next to the Bolton fans at that game and we were amused when they started chanting 'We want ONE' in response to our 'We want seven'!!

Interestingly, nobody gave their fans any stick after the game. Their fans gathered around the tunnel as the teams walked off and hurled abuse and waved money at their own players. One of them even took his Bolton shirt off and threw it at them in disgust. Our steward tried to hand it back but he just threw it again.

We just quietly left - I knew how they must have been feeling as I have felt the same way before, when City got a dicking or are relegated.

    Hmmmm....potential banana skin guys.

We entertain top of the table Leeds and you entertain bottom of the table Bolton. Should be a huge battle for us whereas a no brainer at AG.

You should beat them out of sight. Anything less than the 3 points however you get them could re-ignite the doubt over Johnson just as it seems he's won most of you over recently. Us football supporters (whatever club) are all a fickle bunch aren't we eh?

Pretty much my sentiment Sparkey - I'm 2 for 2 on my predictions so far if you noticed! Have you down for a draw and a win for us...

Won't accept anything less than a club record victory.

In all seriousness they might stick 11 behind the ball and catch us on the counter, definite potential banana skin.

We should be able to deal with it - if Bolton show some fighting spirit then that's one thing, but if they play at the same standard that they have so far this season, we should be taking this game by the scruff of the neck and looking for the kill from the off. If we score two without reply, I can see this potentially becoming a rout. Bookies have us at 1/2 to win!

We're gonna look like right mongs if we lose now, but Bristol City -2 at 4/1 is very tempting.

Yep! Surely Bolton will get points eventually, but hopefully not tomorrow!

We always struggle against the so called lesser teams.
Time to put that right, this is a game we should win convincingly up the reds.

Well said jgf2 and we don't need complacency with this game. A good solid win should be possible and another 3 points in the bag would be nice - and yet????

Bolton have only scored 4 goals this season, conceding 19, I don't think we'll win 6-0 like last time but I think we'll get the 3 points tomorrow and continue our good start to this season

Too many times a bottom team will find something unexpected to kick start their season.

Oldham won at the Minimal a couple of weeks ago. It's still their only win so far this season so it didn't exactly provide a springboard for them to go on a 20 game unbeaten run.

A comfortable home win is expected tomorrow and should be achieved. But this is City after all !

Prefer it when we are underdogs, different kind of pressure when favourites. If we can score reasonably early I think we'll win comfortably , but the longer it goes without us scoring the more chance of a banana skin, after all we are Bristol City we never do things the easy wau
