Physically he was not a big man but personality wise he was massive, always smiling, always willing to greet, nothing was too much trouble for him in helping out Charlton. Will be sadly missed. I was very sad upon hearing this yesterday. When I was younger he would always take me to meet my hero's. And Dennis Reommedahl. For a while it was tradition to receive a match worn, signed Charlton shirt every Christmas. The tag said from mum and dad, but I knew it was Bob who sorted it.
