Perhaps the Yanks will only agree to Giggs' appointment so long as he has an experienced assistant.

Could it be that Landon Donovan has recommended Bradley........

Hope this a rumour only . I want Guidolin to stay , but if he does go this isn't the appointment we need . Maybe Huw is losing power and the Americains are turning this into a wrestling of power from the board and the Americans know not

Until They have tried then we cant say if they will be good enough or not. We know Guildo is not good enough so he cant complain so it's time to give someone else a chance....

I get the impression that the only manager to be acceptable to Swansea City fans would be Guardiola.

There is only one thing for it we will have to trust the yanks, they own the biggest share which they paid a lot of money for so its their call and if it works then great but if it dont then they cant blame anyone else......I know if i owned the club i would want to make the decision of who the manager will be but i would take a lot of advice before i would make a decision.....

The reports re Bradley have not been concrete until today when, the BBC reported that Jenkins HAS met with Bradley.

May not mean a thing but it could explain why every man and his dog has been coming out in support of Guidolin:

    "Guidolin deserves time" - Hartson
"Swansea team believe in Guidolin" - Amat
"Britton calls for respect for Guidolin" - Leon
"Guidolin should have more time" - Leighton James
"Guidolin deserves better" - happy dapps

Britton took last Tuesdays 'mangers' press conference, there was none yesterday, normally there is a press meeting every Tuesday, Add there's been no interviews with Guidolin, add the fact that Jenkins hasn't come out to allay our fears, which he usually does when things start to get out of hand in the press, as they appear to be dong now. Add the BBC report and is becoming evident that there is a lot of truth behind the reports regarding Bradley.

If true then pretty soon we could end up with a second rate, French second division level manager with delusions of grandeur (Bradley thinks he's a Klopp) plus an outspoken championship level midfielder suffering with similar delusions (Donovan said in the press that he was far better than Beckham and also took umbrage with Beckham being the highest payed player in the MLS)

Given the History of both Bradley and Donovan, on paper no one would see anything to suggest that either could succeed in the premiership in any capacity, they just aren't good enough irrespective of what their egos are telling them.

I'm worried my club is starting to disintegrate. If Bradley comes then I see the team breaking up in January with clubs coming in for Siggy, Montero, Barrow, van der Hoorn and our strikers too and why the hell should any of them stay.

I agree. Guidolin's inconsistency is something I can live with if the alternative is this. In fairness, we played well v City and many of their fans reckon we gave them their biggest test of the season so far. No mean feat. However, that upward curve on performances MUST continue even if we don't get the points.

It's one thing to lose to clubs like City and Liverpool etc but it's another not to show any ability in pulling off simple passes or desire for the fight. That's down to the players of course, but Guidolin must show he's able to motivate them, set us up tactically and make appropriate subs at the appropriate time. I still have concerns about all of that.

Excuse me....Everyone is an expert now on how good Bradley and Donovan will be at Swansea ?? <laugh> We know jack sh$t how they will do until they have had a go.....We know Guildo is crap and that's why he has to be replaced and the sooner the better.......How well Bradley will do we dont know yet and at worst he can only equal Guildo but if he has a different approach it could well suit us, but until they try then we cant comment....

I think his previous managerial career gives us a clue.

Bradley's got a big mouth to fill, his own, hope his ego inspires him to exceed our expectations.

Luckily for us, and for Brad, he has a simple job as it is now obvious that the sole ambition of the board is simply to keep us in the prem and take the cash.

All Brad has to do is:-
Pick our best player in his best position at Siggy at 10
Chose a left winger Barrow vs Monte; personally I'd go with Barrow right now as he's match fit. Its essential to show some faith and give time to the woefully neglected Montero and get him match fit so he can TERRORISE as only he can.

Just do these simple things and we'll stay up, eezy peezy

    Things for Brad to ponder:-
Place Fulton ahead of Fer in the midfield pecking order?
Reinstate Kingsly at left back? Even though Naughton has played well there since Kingsleys illness. Kingsley is as good as anything we've got but has far more potential to improve due to his age.

There's not much else for him to do so I prey he doesn't go all gung ho and try and put his stamp on our club, because all he is a French second division manager with a losing record. Inspired move by the board.

Does this mean that Donovan is Brads number two?
