"The Trinidad & Tobago Football Association praised Blatter, 79, as the "father of football".

The heads of football federations from Jamaica, Haiti, Turks & Caicos, Cuba, Panama, St Vincent & the Grenadines and Puerto Rico also expressed their support for Blatter, who is seeking a fifth term in office - having been in power since 1998."

How do these tinpot non football countries have any ****ing say in world professional football when they probably don't even have enough professional footballers between them to put together a match day squad ffs.

Football will always remain corrupt whilst these piss tiny countries could nt as much as the real nations like ourselves, Italy, Spain, Germany, Français, etc etc.

Blatter will hold his post til he dies.

I made some comments, obviously unpleasant ones, about Blatter to a Swiss mate of mine during the world cup.

He just laughed and said Blatter is alright, and the problem was a storm in a teacup blown out of all proportion by the British media.

It's not often I'm lost for words, but I was then.

Is it just us that thinks hes a ****? How can that be so?

Father of football? Frig me sideways, he's more like the Fuehrer of Football, self serving, corrupt arsehole.

Funny, it's not like the Swiss to turn a blind eye to the misdeeds of others when it suits them.

    Wait, hang on...

    Father of Football??????

    FFS.

I actually got a little bit of sick in my mouth when I read that.

It's right upset me has that.

Sycophantic, arse-toasting, clown shoe, knob-jockeys should be removed from their corrupt positions of power post-haste.

    By force if necessary.

Isn't this exactly what the United Nations was set up for?

It's sad that corruption in many of these countries is the norm, and Blatter seems to play on it.

Would love to have seen us withdraw from this WC and the Qatar, both awarded corruptly.

Too many people with snouts in the trough I'm afraid for that to happen .
