I think everyone would agree there are some good players at the club and even with injuries we have if they played to their potential we would play some decent football.

So should we blame the players or should we blame the manager and coaches. Or is it both?

Mainly I lay the blame at the door of Harry and the other so called coaches for their inept line ups and constant changing each game. I also suspect that there are too many players who really couldn't give a toss whether we go up or not!

    Both.

However, the responsibility for the playing lies with the management. If HR, KB & JJ are not happy with the players & their efforts they shouldn't keep picking them.

We didn't have to loan out the likes of Harriman, Hitchcock etc. so the arguement that we have nobody available to replace BAE etc. is not acceptable.

It may well be that our younger men wouldn't be good enough but at least they would try.

Players are responsible for their own performances.

Player management is accountable for team performance and league position.

Harry's early signings were by far his best - Dunne, Simpson, Austin. His later signings/loans have been poor and more recent since have smacked of desperation.

Some of the team selections have been baffling. But that said, individual performances have been disappointing and inconsistent. Would like to see Hoillet and Traore keep improving, that could make a big difference. It's our lack of midfield creativity that is the most worrying, we have nothing through the middle to worry the opposition.

I blame Faurlin, Simpson, Austin and Phillips for getting injured.

I know we have enough, Paul... But it's the team that concerns me. We need a talismanic figure.

He's our only hope in that department; Krancjar has been a huge disappointment.

It has to come down to whoever appointed the managers, whether thats beard or TF. Then the manager himself who sends the team out in a trance every single game.

Hold on hold on you said on a previous (some time ago) post that

"If a player gets injured or a broken leg during a challenge it is his own fault for not getting out the way" or words very similar....didnt you. Im sure Swords can back that up as he wrote a long piece after it, also commenting on the bouncier stance thing
So it has to be the players are to blame for geting injured right?
Therefore Redknapp isnt to blame ?.....Im confused now !
