Was it really the players last night, or was it another example of inept management of resources through inexperience? That point at Derby may have gone to Young's head. The starting 11 put out almost seems disrespectful of Bournemouth as Championship side of decent quality - they aren't in this division through accident.

The decision to tackle an energetic 5 man Bournemouth midfield by starting with three out and out strikers in Le Fondre, Maynard and Guerra borders on insanity. Gunnar and Adeyemi had no chance stemming the flow - just another example following on from Ole's penchant of square pegs in round holes.

I think most on here think Kimbo has lost it big time this past 12 months, but his inclusion in that lineup wasn't going to do him any favours. Gabbidon picking himself was another bloody disaster. After being dropped last weekend, Morrison should have been given another chance at it alongside Cala. Gabbidon should have played a couple of Dev squad games before jumping in last night.

This all smacks of amateurism. There is no way Pulis or any other appropriate manager would have sent out a side structured like that last night. They may argue that the players selected should have stepped up to the mark, but the Young/Gabbidon partnership can't be allowed to carry on.

Didn't they learn anything from OGS? Assuming Connolly/Manga are our best centre-back pairing shouldn't they be given a run of games playing together? Come Saturday they will still be unaccustomed to each other. Perfect opportunity lost last night to get them to gel with more important games coming up.

If what we are being led to believe, that Dalman is the one making key decisions such as insisting Ole was the only candidate recently as our manager and choosing Gabbs and Youngy as interim managers. Is he culpable for the current mess and should our CEO fall on his sword? Remember this was the guy who we thought had the football knowledge on the board. Clearly not as much knowledge as we were first led to believe, or is he simply another sycophant just happily picking up a paycheck?

Could be Bob. He looks the proverbial smart front man - oozing calmness and control. That doesn't mean he has any idea of the nuts and bolts requirements to get this thing moving.

Quite frankly, I'm despairing of us getting this right with the current incumbents of high office at the club. Hamman seems to be wielding some influence as well with his advocacy of Roeder - that says it all.

I just noticed Dalman has got a second Morrison in. He probably thinks all he needs to do now is find a Sainsbury and Tesco.........<laugh>

For the first time in my life i am starting to get fed up with being a Cardiff supporter. The only other time i have felt like this was during the Clemo reign. Thing is between then and now is vast. Crowds back then 4k if we were lucky now its 20k plus, but it still hurts to see us in this state. You cant blame Shovel or Gabbs, they have just been chucked in at the deep end. anyway off for a lie down.

No pride, no passion, just a sloppy sunday park team display.
Whoever is advising Tan is the one that needs to go, this isn't going to get better until Tan starts getting the right advice from the right people.
Embarrassing performances that will drive the fans away faster than any rebrand could.
