well warnock seven times a manager with promotions under his belt,he said himself that he brought qpr up one season before he would have liked and in that statement you see the true genius of warnock if we had come up the next season we would have had tony fernandes as a chairman and with a cool thirty million warnock would have definately bought the players to have ensured a mid table prem finish but poor warnock had briatore and ecclesston who niether would give him any funds to buy some tallent and this destroyed any chance of getting qpr to settle in the prem
