    After that, Newcastle MUST beat Blackpool, it's an imperative. We played great, we have Nolan coming back and Ireland looked fit, Blackpool are sure to go down due to ****e form. There is no excuse we must beat them.

    Play 4-4-1-1 with Nolan playing behing Ranger or Kuqi

    0r 4-3-2-1 with Nolan and Ireland behind Ranger (means dropping Guthrie tho)

    Although I agree he probably will be dropped. Do you not think it would be unfair on the lad, he has been arguably our best player over the past few games.

    Thought this myself, but then thought Loven had a good game tonight. Aaaaaahhhhhh whats going on both Guthrie and Loven doing well, thank god Ameobi was his normal self otherwise I would have had a heart attack.

    Yeah..

    Why does everyone want a ****ing **** target man playing? Let's get Lover in a 451/4231 formation were he can be flexible.. he'll get loads of good chances with good through balls by the likes of Barton, Guthrie and Ireland. Why are we scared of playing ''flowing'' technical football?

    That's why England WILL never win a world cup. Too much hoofball and the need for ''target men''.

    Only issue there is that Guthrie's ineffective out wide. Didn't you see Wigan at home this season? ^
