now thats not a bad idea but we are having Fish N' Chips prior to leaving Hull so dont think match day food is needed at the game. Maybe a kebab afterwards.

Traffic will be bad as there are a ****load of roadworks between Leeds and Manchester on the M62 so allow yourself an extra hour as most will hit them about rush-hour

I drove to Manchester this morning and it took half an hour more than normal, on a Friday night that could easily be over an hour. I'm trying to get back, but I've done three miles on the M62 in the past hour, if someone crashes(or breaks down) on Friday, many could miss kick off.

That's what I said - the last few days they've been reporting it as foggy over the top of the Pennines and there have been a few little bumps on the M60 that make the short section between Simister (where the M60/62/66 meet) and Swinton (J15 for the M61) a nightmare. Leave plenty of time to get to the M61. From the M61 it should be okay.

Wave at me when you pass J6 (Horwich, Reebok Stadium)!

It took me 3 1/2 hours to get back from Manchester this afternoon, if someone crashes then you're ****ed, leave early.
