I have a feeling WHU will sack him (soon) & they´ll go in for NP. I see this current set up (here) abit like that of the MO´N era.
We need to keep the back room staff & better players at the club or it may all go pear shape for us with all of them leaving & us getting in a right donkey (Peter Tayloress) in as our next manager. Some of these lower prem teams may be looking for a change in the managers department between now & the summer.
Saying all that I really think NP would be stupid to leave LC any time soon (unless we don´t go up, he´ll be pushed then any way)
Come on City bring back those glory years..... us fans deserve it :emoticon-0100-smile

Not sure that a Prem side would risk an untried Manager at that level should they sack whoever they have now. Certainly hope not anyway.

I don't think they would go for NP.

They need someone to keep them in the Premiership, and NP would be a huge risk...

Better options out there, they'd call Harry before NP.

4 of the bottom 5 have already changed managers, and some them and other of the Prem teams have gone for Managers without a proven record at a high level; Solskjaer, Sherwood, Mel. So they're not all risk adverse.

I agree that I don't think they'd be looking at NP though and if he really came back to us with a feeling of unfinished business I don't believe he'll be looking at going anywhere.

'Arry would be a much better choice....much better all round.

This ... I think Malky McKay would be more obvious right now if going 'domestic' ... and he would cost them far less ... but the trend now seems to be foreign coaches anyway in the Prem (Pulis apart) ...

They won't go for a manager that they will have to pay compensation for - the likes of Malky Mackay will be mooted if Sam goes.
