I hadn't realised that he'd left Ipswich! Did he get sacked?

This makes sense, it's so he can concentrate fully on the task at Ipswich

Different Jim Magilton. The one who played for Saints is still happily managing Ipswich while we are still trying to get the table and chair out onto the St Marys pitch for Rudi Skacel to sit down in front of with contract and pen in hand.

It's all taking a lot longer than I expected.

I don't know if you've ever seen our Football league here in Australia, but it's bloody awful. Why did he come here in the first place?

I was in Melbs a couple of months ago and saw Victory beat the team top of the league. The match was littered with mistakes and was at times, appalling. However there were 3 quality goals and the crowd didn't stop cheering and chanting from start to finish. The atmosphere was amazing even with only 10k or so in the ground. I'd definitely recommend going to see a match!

I suppose it's better than that Aussie Rules stuff, ironically named as there are in fact no rules at all.
