I'm signing it and persuading all my friends too. FFS this is reminiscent of the Stasi! So its wrong for the press to hack politicians phones but they can do the same to us in "our best interests" and to protect us from terrorists!! We have more chance of being killed by a family member than any ****ing terrorist! Why don't these ****s just install cctv in all our homes and be done with it. Agree with ACS on this in that if necessary they can get whatever info necessary. I have signed the petition but feel what they are proposing will be impossible to police anyway.
