Sky Sports understands Middlesbrough are battling to hang on to prized asset Albert Adomah and have turned down a bid from Championship rivals Nottingham Forest.

I have no idea, but it is usually around the 20% mark

I'd be surprised if anyone paid more than 2.5 for him!

Indeed, better in our pocket... I presume we wouldn't have to pay anything Barnet's way? As we paid them a settlement figure?

Although I don't think he is worth over 2.5, doesn't mean to say that some chinless wonder doesn't come in and pay double that for him!!
