If I were to point out the issues of your team, I'd certainly say your squads lacking the team spirit. In order to boost the motivation of your players, I'd say you start supporting them and decrease the amount of criticism you throw at them. I can understand it's tough supporting a side you've always seen do well in the Premier League but maintaining believe is vital. As we all know the Summer transfer window is around the corner, I'd suggest that you buy a player who's able to command on the field. Lastly, I've chosen to bring this up. But, how on earth has Anton Ferdinand made to the professional stage of Football? OK, now that I've said what needs to be said, you guys need to move on. Please refrain from contributing unnecessary things.

Er.......... yeah we did deserve to lose, west brom destroyed us, we had no idea, no commitment and no self belief. We know how well we can play and yesterday it was soul destroying watching OUR team murdered at home by another team fighting against relegation. Yeah it was only 3 - 2 but it was the manner of the defeat that has us seething. For you guys it's a crisis if Man U. lose 2 in a row, how would you feel if you'd won fook all since Jan???????
We believe but the team do not achieve that is the whole problem mate the fans have answered Nialls call to get more people into SOL and even he has been let down by the bunch muppets we have as players.
