Must be a positive that Bassini has set out his plans for the club and hopefully some will come off...like those 7 new signings (well probably won't get that many!) and forward movement on the ground development (not expected an East stand within a year though) My only concern would be that previous owners etc have had such ideas but its not come off for various reason.
