BIGFATBOAB - Irishshako is quite correct. I have not been on this site long but picked out only one poster who comes across arrogant and thats you. Twice now you have done this on threads i have posted on. I made my opinion known, which if you read all your replies, you will find is consistent with some other peoples views. I am not alone in in my thoughts it would seem and maybe you are calling a number of Leeds fans pathetic? Now i made a spelling mistake ooooooooooohhh - i had no idea this was a forum full of school teachers. Id say picking up on that was quite pathetic if truth be known. Now i realise my initial post was short and blunt but thats because we are talking about a player who has long left Leeds and is not coming back. I merely wanted to put my opinion in quickly. Ive since posted again explaining in more details why i believe the loan deal was wrong but rather than reply you choose to fight someone else and pick on their spelling skills also. Again pathetic. We are all Leeds fans on here and its the one thing in common that has brought us to this site. I dont wish to fight with fellow Leeds fans on here. I just find its a good way of keeping updated on some news concerning the club i love. Unfortunately we have to endure the odd keyboard warrior :-(
Oh dear, now the response. You posted a response, which was in my opinion, totally wrong and I responded to your post in the manner, normally used in football forums. I'm sorry if you prefer the more civil minded style of forum posting, perhaps you could set up a forum for this style of posts, but it is unlikely that you would get many people joining as it's not the nature of the game. It's very easy Kebab & Irishshako, if you don't like what you read, then move along and read other posts, don't stress yourself up and spend time thinking of a response. State your opinion and argue back as often as you can and you like, but remember everyone is entitled to state their opinion and that doesn't make them arrogant. I will state this on the subject, whilst my response was direct it was not offensive and I did not make offensive comments about you, I merely stated my opinion on your opinion of Bannan and his time at Leeds. The spelling issue may be small, but it also perhaps tells us of your own and Irishshako's opinion of Bannan, before he even came to the club and everything there after, hence I referred to it. I don't think I've responded to your more updated reason behind your opinion on Bannan, so can't hold me responsible for anything on that. Your initial post on the subject was in my opinion totally wrong and I will happily argue with you over it for as long as time goes by, your 2nd post was more accurate (the Johnson running the ball out the park and laughing was against Oldham, if I'm not wrong, perhaps he did it twice, I didn't see the Histon game) and you state a reasonable case for not having Bannan back. People will always see things differently, I say Johnson was the worst player ever to wear a Leeds shirt, others think we are a weaker team without him, that's the nature of football and I'm sure you already knew that. If you post something that is bound to get a similar style of response, then you need to be prepared to take the flack.
You try and belittle people. Not stressed at all, if you really think I care, you must have a high opinion of yourself. I've been around far to long to be bullied by the likes of you. I'm all for opinions, never said I wasn't. If I want to move onto another forum I will in my own time and not because of you. The trouble IMO with your posts is that they come across as though you are right all the time. As for taking flack, I took 100% worse while in the military.
Irishshako, you are reading into things that aren't actually there, unless I have stated my opinion on the comment made. Anyway, you do what you want and enjoy yourself.
