Just listened to Everton's Manager saying that he was disappointed that his team had got beaten by a couple of balls into the box!!Does that sound familiar???What the heck is going to happen in two weeks time?It isn't our favourite hunting place,is Goodison,so what will happen??If they put balls into the box, they will score and if we put balls into the box,we will score.Should be an interesting game. Not our favourite venue in recent years, but could that be about to change???
Balls in the box, takes me right back to the late 60's early 70's. Doing some site work in Cardiff, Rothe Dock Splott, working for Richardsons & Westgarthe on boiler repairs. There was this girl called Philicity Thomas .......... best not give surname, nver know. Anyway when I
Well,Cypruss, the headline caught your attention.I just hope the article gets some replies.By the way,in years gone by,you must have been"Coxhoe happy!!!"
Everton side ready to be beat. Poor in the final third of the pitch, and now without Pinnear. They have always had their way with us thru the midfield, but with Sess getting comfy and Muntari having two weeks to gain match fitness (he looked in need of conditioning yesterday), and with Pinnear gone and Arteta out of form, feel we are gonna handle them with surprising comfort. Goodison fortunes to change... we are the better side, could never really be said before.
Lots of my pals support Everton, and of the two scouse teams, I prefer them, that said, seven goals for, would be nice,
For twenty years I've been forced to listen to Everton history from a close pal...know more about Dixie Dean than I wish to! We have a pretty nice bet between the two of us as to which team finishes higher up the table. Think we've now surpassed them, but time will tell.
ha...he's going crazy right now. he thought it was easy money before the season. don't see the toffees getting by us, but 3 points at goodison in two weeks would make me feel a little more secure.
