this is my first artical on not 606 so hope this goes well. its good to see that a lot of people have come over from 606 which has really help me keep upto date with qpr news and views being so far away so long may it continue. Neil warnocks bread and butter players as he calls them. derry, hill, orr, kenny and so on. solid players who dont really make the news as they dont score much and dont have much flare. but have been so important this season. which shows with the very little goals we have let in this season. lets face it we hae all been pleasently suprised by derry. i think some will struggle next season if we go up with the speed of the prem. i think this will be the big step up that we need to take keeeping that solid trunk that has run through the team. lets hope neil can show he skills in getting in players to do this. i dont think it would be wise for the club to go out and spend massive amounts of money straight away for it not to work and we get relageted. i held off writting about players i would like to see us go for but with four wins to go and it looking less likely we will lose points i can start thinking of plays to get. top of my list is scot parker if west ham go down(any west ham fans reading this i dont want you to go down) i think he would step in for derry perfectly. i sure every one has their veiw and might hold on a bit longer to see what happens before they add it. cant wait for saturday hopefully another three points to that magic 87 come on you rs
Good article, what changes do people think would be needed? I think Warnock will stay loyal, to most of them.
I CAN SEE: COOK ROWLY AGYEMANG CLARKE LEGS BUZ ( IF A BID COMES IN) BORROWDALE GERMAN ROSE HULSE ALL AS PLAYERS NEIL WILL WANT TO GET RID OF...dunno if we will have bids NEW DEALS FOR: CHIMBONDA, ****TU, CERNY, HIDER, GORKSS
Welcome Queenslandranger, Scott Parker would be the dogs bollocks, but i think the Hammers will escape relegation, i reckon, Wigan, Blackpool and Blackburn for the drop but it is so close every game is going to make a big difference. I agree about Derry, in the prem next year he would be another year older, the pace would pick up considerably, not saying he wouldn't do a job still but i would queriy how many games we would get out of him. (I think many were saying this at teh start of this season though and the mans been a rock) Its gonna be interesting times at QPR re-spending, will the mittals increase their stake? if they dont will they splash their cash anyway, if they dont will berni and flav? I have my doubts but can't wait to see what happens. Hope Queensland is getting back on its feet mate after those hoffific floods, how are things now?
CANNOCKQPR, queensland is slow getting there. the north of the state is still bad from floods and cyclone damage. the south is getting better.
I Cant see any of the players throwing money at the club....i think we will have a very tight budget....but if blackppol and wolves can do it so can we
IF, and i have to say i don't have a clue if this is true, but if the Mittals only have 20%, then I doubt they will be throwing money at it until they own more of the club. I don't think for a minute Berni is going to throw cash at anything, maybe the increase in premiership funding is all we will have to spend, but bloody hell i'll settle for that, its a long way from where we were a few years ago. The preference for me would be the Mittals increase their stake and splash 0.1% of their reported wealth on the club.
The problem is they are business men they wont throw money at anything unless they are sure it will lead to profit... id like them to be sensible make the signings we need and not go back to the days of getting unknowns and trying to amke them look like the next best thing.... That being said Where is Dani Parejo?
