Loan out the first two, and admit defeat regarding Jack Collison? I cannot see it working for him sadly, looking like a failed gamble which isn't the end of the world.
Henshall always seems to impress me when he plays its just the case that we rarely give him an opportunity. Collison 'should' be the star of our midfield but he does appear to be forever recovering from injury. Bajner came with a decent grounding but hasn't done anything yet
I think it's just about them being patient and waiting for their chance and then giving it to them. I think we've seen if you give players a chance and play them over a long period their performances improve generally, if only some of our previous managers could see that with a far more talented squad. Henshall has looked good when I've seen him but currently doesn't really fit into our formation, although i guess he could play wide left of a top 3 then Collison hasn't played competitive games in a while so it'll take time for him to get up to speed and Bajner is the least known so I have no idea I guess it's just again giving him the chance as he's not used to the league.
