Very disappointed with the performance today. The lads didn't try and it was unprofessional. Warnock practically threw the game bringing on 2 defenders when we're losing at home. Buzacky???? Well, Cheerio!

All that said over the 46 games, this one excluded, the boys have been absolutely tremendous and I'm very proud of them. Well done Rangers. Its party time.

Come on, the players must have been mentally shattered, give them a break.

I know Rollercoaster, maybe I'm being a bit harsh. Its just that I don't get to see many games and I wanted us to try our best and show the rest of the league why we're Champions.

Ah well, it wasn't to be. What a great day to be a QPR fan though. And what a side Warnock has built. U RRRRRRRR's

Don't watch them on the BBC - that's the answer. Now go and have a few pints of Guinness.

after the result in the trial was announced, who really cared about the result? Todays match became more of a formality to get out they way so we could celebrate properly (finally!) getting promotion

Jesus Swords, how harsh and how could anyone feel disappointed on a day like today.

It would have been nice to win but the game was largely irrelevant given the announcement before the game. I couldn't wait for the game to be over and see the trophy presentation and celebrations.

I don't think it was at all irrelevant and neither did Neil Warnock. I didn't want anyone to "double" us but hey, there you go. It was unprofessional cos after all they're on God knows how many thousand per week and are asked to give it socks for an hour and a half on Saturday.

But, like I said, a tremendous achievement over the season and we're deserving Champions. Oh and I seen a bloke in a QPR shirt today! Haven't seen that in my area ever before. What about you Ciarrai? Any fellow supporters down your way?

Did you not think they started well, and well on top for 30 mins?
They've been on the piss and it looked like it longer it went on!

I re-iterate my previous comment. I know how I felt when the announcement came. I freely admit that I was in tears. Just think how the players must have felt? Possibly scoring after 30 seconds was the worse thing they could do.

Whilst I kind of agree with Swords about the money and the pro thing, I felt drained before the game - so God only knows how the players felt in front of all those brilliant fans and all that publicity.

Also Paddy Kenny would have stopped the first goal easy.

End of the day these 'meaningless' games tend to produce meaningless, if irritating results.

'Oh and I seen a bloke in a QPR shirt today...'?

Swords, what are you and Ciarrai doing over there? We're expecting that you'd have seen to it that everyone's hooped-up by now!!!

:smile: I've tried Brixton but to no avail. :emoticon-0149-no: Maybe now that we're a Prem Club (God that sounds good) a few kids will pick us out cos of the Colour of the shirt or a player they like etc.

My only "conversion" is getting a couple of guys in Columbus Ohio to become fans. In fact, last month they bought so much gear from the Club shop that someone from the Club rang to see had they their credit card stolen! They probably never had an order from that part of the world before.

Football League Show tonight should be good boys!

Swords, I live in Listowel where there are a handful of QPR fans of a certain generation including myself. My 6 year old wears his colours all the time. However, I was surprised to see another youngster wearing the hoops only this week.

As a QPR supporter loving in Ireland, I have noticed that there are a lot of people here who favour our away strip!

Yes, you see green and white hooped shirts a lot over here i.e Celtic. Any time I wear the green and white away, people always presume its Shamrock Rovers!

Nice one Ciarrai, keep the faith. 7 or 8 of the boys from IQPR went over yesterday. I seen a couple of Irish flags at the ground, I'd say one of them belonged to that group. Do you post on the Forum atall?
