Anyone know how long they will be out?

Also can we cut short Bennets loan to Posh for cover?

Presume that Saturday will see Leon/Martin at CB or is Ward fully fit now?

If Tierney is still out I hope we stick with Drury at LB and keep Naughton on the right.

Nice problem for PL to have up front with Jackson playing so well putting pressure on Holt and Morrison. Personally feel that he has done enough to partner Holt as i think that Morrison has lost a bit of form recently whereas GH has been superb - even thought he did well in defeat on the ploughed field that is the SOL.

Bennetts loan cannot be any shorter than a month, as with any loan.

he should keep jackson and holt together - it worked very well so no need to change it. obviously the major issues are at the back. hopefully we play as we did at carrow road and press them right on the edge of their own penalty area. they couldn't get out of their half that day! i wonder if crofts/johnson will come in to do some chasing in the middle of the park but it would be harsh on whoever is dropped. its a shame we can't call bennett back but thems the rules.

maybe using elliott bennett at right back again isn't a bad idea. swansea certainly aren't going to be pummelling our defenders with high balls all afternoon so maybe pace to cover dyer and sinclair in the shape of bennett and naughton is a good idea. maybe play the same four at the back that ended the game vs bolton. would be a bit risky but i doubt ward is ready and barnett seems to have drifted into the abyss.

i thought lambert said they were still assessing Zak and Daniel, but the latters looked a worse injury
probably barnett or Ward will play with Russel Martin on Saturday

on injuries, is Howson back in light training yet, does anybody know??

I agree superman think Bennets pace might just get him the nod so my back 4 would be Bennett Naughton Martin and Drury with Ward and Barnett on the bench just in case they launch an aerial attack but that would be most unlike Swansea, expect this to be a good game of football!
