    Best Driver: Nasr, Hamilton

    Best Rookie: Nasr
Best Team: Sauber - despite management f*** ups, the team have done very well after last year's annus horribilis
    Worst Team: McLaren, obvs.

Best Overtake: Er, Ericsson on Sainz was the best of an uninspiring lot or maybe Nasr on Sainz at the re-start
Funniest-moment: Lewis to Arnie: "I thought you were taller"
Most Surprising Result: The competitiveness of the Saubers
    Least Surprising Result: Mercedes 1-2

Best Driver: Hamilton, Pole, Race Win (lead all but 1/2 laps) and fastest lap time? (not sure about the lap time..)
Worst Driver: First race of the season, I'll give the rest the benefit of the doubt..
Best Rookie (Nasr, Verstappen, Sainz): To be fair, all put in decent/encouraging performances, but for his 5th place finish, will give it to Nasr
    Best Team: Mercedes
    Worst Team: McLaren
Best Overtake: Were there any? Only decent one I saw was Erikson on Sainz
Funniest-moment: The race being so ****e and me getting up to watch it, I failed to see the funny side!
Most Surprising Result: Suaber, both in the points
Least Surprising Result: Merc 1-2 and McLarens struggles
    Special Mention to: T100...
Race Rating: 1/10, and thats a generous 1 too!
    Best Commentator/Presenter: Well it wasn't Crofty <doh>

    Best Driver: Nasr & Hamilton
Worst Driver: Kvyatt. Went off too many times.
Best Rookie (Nasr, Verstappen, Sainz): All of them deserve credit
Best Team: Sauber. Fantastic turnaround from last year on the track.
Worst Team: McLaren. Slow, unreliable and pathetic effort from a team that had long enough to get it right.

Best Overtake: Nasr on Sainz on the restart?
Funniest-moment: Baby waking up at 3am (instead of usual 5am) for a night feed, meaning I didn't stay up to 5 to watch the race. Best use of sleep ever.
Most Surprising Result: Sauber doing so well
Least Surprising Result: McLaren being as bad as their testing form suggested.

Special Mention to: Arnie. Knows his F1 biscuits and genuinely good podium interview.
    Race Rating: /10 : 2/10.

Best Commentator/Presenter: They all did well to stay awake and talk about what little was happening.

Best Driver: Hamilton. Persevered with engineers to eventually get dialled-in to a set-up – something not properly sorted throughout all of the winter testing. Then claimed Pole and put his main rival's head out of joint. Then he drove a perfect race. If that was bettered, well, it certainly beats me!

    Worst Driver:
None really. And that includes Maldonado; his spin was the result of circumstance behind and I do not agree with those who are perhaps a bit too quick to blame him.

    Best Rookie:
Nasr. Glad he made it into the seat. The Sauber farce did not give him the best platform, especially since the track is new to him and he didn't turn a wheel in Free Practice 1.

    Best Team:
    Mercedes.

Worst Team: Based on the weekend, I'm going to say Sauber. But I hope all will realise this choice is not the result of events in the race.

    Best Overtake:
    Ericsson > Sainz.

    Funniest-moment:
Arnie on the podium, but not for his all-too-obviously contrived joke. More for being flummoxed at Hamilton's reference to his height!

    Most Surprising Result:
McLaren getting a car across the finishing line.

    Least Surprising Result:
McLaren not getting one of its cars to the grid.

Special Mention to Alonso: get well soon.
    Race Rating:
    1/10

Best Driver: Will have to be joint. Hamilton owned quali and had Rosberg in his pocket throughout the race. Nasr had a stunning first race, very calm yet decisive.
Worst Driver: No one deserves this, but at a push, Perez
Best Rookie (Nasr, Verstappen, Sainz): Nasr, however they all performed very well, the best group of rookies in a long time!
Best Team: Mercedes obviously. Commendations for Ferrari and Sauber though, very much improved.
Worst Team: McLaren sadly, Sauber off the track.

    Best Overtake: ermmmmmm.......
Funniest-moment: A tie between Arnie and Vettel pwning Rosberg in the post race interview <laugh>
Most Surprising Result: Sauber, didn't see their pace being genuine.
    Least Surprising Result: McLaren.
Special Mention to: The rookies, what an exciting crop!
Race Rating: 3/10 - being kind

    Best Commentator/Presenter: Arnie

    Best Driver: Nasr.
Worst Driver: Perez. Tough one, but ballsed up a couple of times in the race.
Best Rookie (Nasr, Verstappen, Sainz): Nasr, but all 3 had a good race.
    Best Team: Sauber.
    Worst Team: Red Bull.

Best Overtake: I seem to remember Ericsson passing somebody, so has to be that by default.
Funniest-moment: Red Bull's whinging about anything and everything/
Most Surprising Result: McHonda getting one car to the end on their first race.
Least Surprising Result: McHonda having one car detonate before the race, Red Bull Whinging about everything. Mercedes.

Special Mention to: Arrivabiene. He is terrifying yet likeable. Carmen Jorda.... just because.
    Race Rating: 1/10

Best driver My grandmother could win best driver in Hamiltons car
Rookie Do you have to be under 18 to be a rookie in Bernies vision of F1?
Best Team McLaren. With the rules biased against them, they made it to the finish line.
Worst Team Mercedes. Can't stand that Merc smirk.
Best Overtake You have to be joking !!
Funniest moment The man on the gate saying "enjoy the race".
Most surprising moment People staying to applaud the winners, when they knew who they were on Friday.
Least surprising moment Hmmmm, that's a difficult one. OK, getting ripped off to watch dross.
Special Mention Bernie, the worlds greediest man, has ruined another race and lost another lifetime fan.
Race Rating 0-10 There wasn't any race, just a bunch of dud undeveloped cars going round in circles following the predetermined winner. Utter borefest and the last one I will bother to watch. Want to know the results of the Malaysian GP ?

    Best Driver: Nasr and Sainz
    Worst Driver: Perez 'pillock'
Best Rookie (Nasr, Verstappen, Sainz): All 3 were great.
Best Team: Sauber because Mercedes was already expected.
Worst Team: RBR, McLaren have an excuse they don't. RBR were lucky that guys in front had problems (Kimi, Sainz and Bottas) they would've finished 9th.

    Best Overtake: Ericsson's one.
    Funniest-moment: Monisha almost getting arrested.
    Most Surprising Result: Nasr
    Least Surprising Result: Honda

    Special Mention to: Verstappen
    Race Rating: 4/10

    Best Commentator/Presenter: Conan's distant relative.

Best Driver: Nasr - I always thought he was underwhelming in GP2 but that was a spectacular debut, especially considering the weekend they had.
Worst Driver: Ericsson - Just terrible, in complete contrast to his team mate
    Best Rookie: Nasr - Obviously
Best Team: Sauber - What a turnaround from last season. Their livery looks a lot better on track than it did in the press releases too.
Worst Team: Manor - Ridiculous what they did. Just stay at home if you can't race. What a waste of time, money and resources, from a team that can ill afford to waste anything.

Best Overtake: Button hanging round the outside of Perez through turn 12 to hold onto last position
Funniest-moment: "I thought you were taller"
    Most Surprising Result: Nasr
    Least Surprising Result: Merc

Race Rating: 4/10 - Pretty ****. Hopefully it will rain in Malaysia and we'll get some drama.

    Best Overtake: Ericsson on Sainz
Funniest-moment: Arnie & Lewis on the podium
    Most Surprising Result: Sauber
    Least Surprising Result: Mercedes

Race Rating: a truly awful 2.25/10
