Very funny and as for the sunny day it absolutely hailed it just after lunch and the sky was a black as Hell itself.

If you were living in Mexico or the Middle East would you be attracted by sunshine Gat? Now notdistant might be a tad jeolous given his obviously isn't quite as exotic as that. He would tell of that statistically it rains as much in Plymouth as anywhere else cause he likes his stats does our notdistant.

There was a bloke on the park outside my house who was caught in the middle when it let go. The black sky and the sound of it arriving might have given him a clue what was about to happen but he clearly wasn't watching. He made his way very painfully to the edge of the tree line and didn't look happy at all. The only consolation I got from it was his dog looked even less happy.

I wouldn't tell you that Sensible: the south west has a maritime climate and so is the second wettest area in the UK after Wales. East Anglia is a desert by comparison......

It does indeed hp. Nobody on the old Mayflower standing area anymore it is just a blank space on matchdays.

Do you think you'll ever get close to filling it again?

Yes we have a local derby with Exeter on Saturday week. They are up for automatic promotion and we are fighting relegation so I expect in excess of 12000 that day. You can come and make it 12001 if you like.

Well that's an invitation I cant refuse, I'll bring the missus and a couple of friends and will definitely be cheering for Argyle. I do follow your forum and sympathise with the trauma you've all been going through, lets hope it ends on a bright note

Don't think many are holding their breath this time milton. What will be will be as they say. We have so much going to the wire over the last couple of years that it is almost expected now and nobdoy works up much of a sweat. The Exeter derby is usually a noisy affair and they will be loving it if they win. Bit of history as you might gather.

Best not look at the scores tonight Sensible, Argyle hanging in but its a real relegation dog-fight! Looking forward to that derby, I take it may not be wise to wear my teams colours

Nobody who wears a differing colour tends to get much stick milton. We have been blessed by the visit of a number of "other" supporters over this season and last who have sort of adopted us in our hour of need. As far as I'm aware they have all been made very welcome.

Oh ye of little faith.....a 2-0 thumping to the mighty greens tonight. (still not getting carried away though)
