However Bournemouth just spent £15m on another midfielder, Billing from Huddersfield. Bournemouth have a wealth of midfielders so Arter is certainly surplus to requirements.

Perhaps we can take advantage of this with a reasonable fee to give us more scope on the wages front, unlikely to be £40k per week though.
