Ah right, i thought you were suggesting he should be given a chance in our team! I did say Ferriby should have him but I was being purely sarcastic. Maybe Rochdale might be interested?
How has he made a name for himself exactly? If he can 't get in the Plymouth team then getting someone to take him until the end of the season might be easier said than done. IMO, for what it's worth, he is nowhere near good enough and never will be. I don't overly rate Devitt but he's a whole lot better than Atkinson and that's saying something. Just get rid.
Two things. Firstly Argyle are not quite dead yet and consigned to the Conference but thanks for the vote of confidence. Secondly, Atkinson did well to start with but faded a bit. Has had some useful games in a very very young inexperienced side. We now have player of more experience where he might have flourished a bit more. At 23 he was infact one of the older memebers. I am not saying he won't make it as a player but am saying he will not make it at a high level or rip up any trees in his career. He did ok for us is about all but that was in a side used to losing overall. Given a more successful side with a more winning attitude and he might flourish a little more. We were grateful for him coming nonetheless considering nobody was being paid at the start. I certainly wish him well.
