Reading all of this makes you think "well done" to those who persuaded him to join the club. It's obviously only a few youtube snippets and I haven't seen any of the match from last night yet (was gigging last night so haven't had chance) but watching the clips of him and how he speaks he seems a very confident young lad. Hopefully we don;t **** this one up and let him go for nowt!! Agree with what @Safc83 says about Watmore too - sometimes I think he looks a great player and others he reminds me of my brother as a kid - ball greedy and no decision making skills!! Hopefully he can sort that part of his game out and we'll have some talented youngsters coming through
We have two very talented young forwards at the club and both should play a part in the coming season, I would prefer to give our youngsters a chance rather than develop the "big" clubs surplus, to do this we need a better senior squad, this requires some real work in this transfer window, starting now with M'Villa an absolute priority. And two or three quality additions to give the squad a realistic chance, why wait until it is too late.
