Would anyone bet on Stokes and Macullum actually believing they can still win the Ashes? They’re so deluded it’s off the scale. It’s predictable and embarrassing, yet these two muppets can’t see what’s right in front of them.
He’s coming out with some right **** too "All I asked of last night was everyone had a responsibility to do in this game - with the bat was to show fight. "I asked them to take the scoreboard out of the equation and to just fight. "I think me and Jacks did an unbelievable job at doing that. The guys lower down the order have unbelievable ability to score us some runs, but they're batting down the order for reasons. "It is tough to expect more and more from them down the order." he scored 50 and jacks 41 FFS Delusional
the most irritating thing was how stokes and jacks batted this morning, if we'd applied that common sense approach during the first test and first innings we could be in a v different place now. ****s me off, so obvious to everyone outside that ridiculous no blame no accountability bubble they live in
Every batsman should have a first basic target of 35 runs and work to that done will always get more but at least if you’re in at 7 or 8 you should have a specific goal.
Out of 50 million people or whatever and all the major sports we play, why are we only good at ****e like F1 ffs
Why are all British Formula 1 drivers posho twats? There must be some Twokkers who, given half a chance, could drive a car really fast, Shirley?
I don't see a lot wrong with Stokes and McCullum's comments to be honest. They did take responsibility, and it surely was true that the Stokes and Jacks partnership was a good one. I think just like in football, when fans are annoyed there's nothing that the leaders can say that will please them.
