    Im starting to think the longer the time goes without us bringing in a striker could be better for us:

    Pogrebyak, Petric both singed for free by Prem clubs and I don't think MON was interested. Rodellega and Mandzukic are still out there for free and we don't seem interested. Is Marty playing his cards close to his chest or just biding his time to strike the right deal for the man he believes will fire in the goals?

    I think under Bruce or Keane we would have signed Fletcher by now for something like 12m.

    Mandzukic gone to Bayern Munich I think

    only time will tell as it is still very early on in the transfer window

    Ah well we didn't stand a chance there anyhoo then. Bad move for him gonna be playing second fiddle to Gomez won't play hardly and will want to leave next summer

    Mistake not signing Petric imo, great free transfer. I'd have loved him, Rodallega or Mandzuckic at newcastle for backup/competition
