The club have agreed to refunds for anyone with tickets that can't now attend thanks to Sky's last minute fixture change. http://mobile.lcfc.com/news/article...al&utm_source=twitter.com&utm_campaign=buffer East Midlands Trains are honoring any tickets purchased for traveling Saturday on the Sunday if you have your match ticket.
As a fan you need to be flexible ref SKY games, especially if your team is doing well. As things stand this is 1st v 2nd so it should be on TV. Imo. Good of the train service btw.
Games being moved for tv is a given and accepted, if your doing well and/or a top team more games will be covered. Great for the club's profile. It's in the contact, it's why they pay the money. On this occasion that isn't the cause of the consternation. The televised games for Feb were announced in Dec, following the 'rules' of 6 weeks notice. The tickets went on sale & fans, of both clubs made & paid for travel, accommodation etc. With 3 weeks notice Sky have added this game into the schedule. More specifically Sky requested this game be moved so it could be televised & the Premier League agreed. Everyone knows Sky play the tune that the clubs have to dance to & there is no consideration for the fans but this is unacceptable and sets a precedent of making things worse.
