    - We look so much better with Ramires in the middle
    - Cahill and Terry is the way forward
    - Mata looks a different player now he's had a rest

Fantastic week for the club. The disrespect of Chelsea FC by the media has been staggering to say the least, this should instill some belief into the players. If we can beat Norwich next week all in all it's a fantastic start for us

Mikel and Ramires are an absolutely superb partnership - and that wasn't even Ramires at his best! They were tough, resilient and suppliant which is everything we need. Torres with another ****e game though imo, sloppy on/off the ball, dire touch and awful finishing but credit where it's due his goal was top drawer. Hope we give Danny boy a chance in the CL if he's fit.

All in all, a brilliant result and an unexpected one. Top of the league for another two weeks at least I reckon <ok>

It is a brilliant result for us. I thought Ramires, Oscar and Mikel were really good in silencing their midfield today. Torres looked brilliant today and his goal was a superb finish. The team look like they are clicking together. Before the game I would have taken a point. No question. To come away with all 3 is amazing and you can see what it meant to us Chelsea fans at the end. I thought the atmosphere today was very good from us for a 12.45 kick off. Some very good witty chants and some good feisty banter with the Arsenal fans. Where were you sat DL and what did you make of our away support today?

Agreed. Some people must have watched the game on the radio to say otherwise.

FYI, it's impossible to watch a game on the radio.

Agree with everything DL <ok> . Thought Torres was ****ing immense today as well, top class today, held the ball up perfect, constantly an attacking threat, scored a great goal and linked up great with Mata and Oscar

Torres was superb. Luiz had his moments but as the game went on he woke up a great deal and defended very well (though it was too late in the game for my liking). Mikel - Ramires was top drawer. Cech is just a sensational keeper no doubt. Hazard Mata Oscar all had their moments but it was more subtle (in some ways better if it's effective). Very good result and I hope to see even more improvement.

Dare I say team to beat at the moment?

Is it me and am i expecting too much or has Hazard been poor the last 4 games? I know he is having to deal with getting double marked now most of the time but he has been very poor and his first touch / pace / killer balls are slacking off a bit IMO. As i said i might be missing something and he has been quality off the ball in terms of defending and back-tracking so no worrys from me just wondering though

I thought Luiz was poorer than usual, Cahill would've been better suited beside JT and we may not have conceded that goal if Cahill played.

I don't think he's been poor but not as spectacular as he was. I think it's down to the intensity of the Prem and he's played every game and has to get used to it yet. I'd rest him against Norwich and play Moses with Oscar moving more central.

That's the whole point. I'm suggesting you couldn't have watched the game at all to have come to that opinion about Torres performance. You are the only one saying he was poor.

As good a game as he's had for awhile. Worked really hard.

Yeh i do agree, as i said he has been quality off the ball so it's all good. Just not looking as deadly as he was at the beginning of the season, least he scares the **** out of the opposition though as it gives Mata / Oscar more freedom as defenders are concetrating on Hazard.

Mata was immense today, break done him good.

Hope we keep it up ! And i agree i'd go for this vs Norwich

    Mikel-Oscar
    Moses-Mata-Marin
    Torres

and vs FC Nordesjaldnsd however the **** you spell it <laugh> i'd go this

    Lampard-Romeu/Ramires
    Moses-Mata-Hazard
    Torres/Sturridge if his back

Still think Luiz /Cahill is the way forward. JT might be full of blood and guts, but he's increasingly too slow, and is causing gaps for the opposition attack in open play.
Not a major problem right now , but will only get worse as time takes its toll.
Look how much better the midfield is without Frank !!!!
We all love and admire them , but no one lasts forever. Ruthlessness is an unpleasant trait, but one we need to adopt.

Yes they are , as was terry when he was with desialli, but for now they have to learn off a better defender how to marshall a back line, or did you forget the tanking we got against athelitico . being good against good oppossition is one thing, but Terry would not have allowed to the team or the defences to go to pot becuase they did not feel up for the game.

They have a lot to learn, it is no coincidence we look better at the back with JT there
