Phew what a topsy turvy evening that was......we yo-yoed between 1st and 5th.....up and down all evening. An incredible seven away wins in Div2 tonight....and at one time it looked as if it would be eight. I'm sure Lindy and sensible will be able to give us some facts on the game later.....I followed it on the BBC website and it was bad enough doing that. It seemed to me that Argyle won this one ugly in the end.....didn't seemed to be playing well and went 1-0 down and it looked that it was going to be a bad evening......but most of the other leagues top teams where struggling as well.....Wycombe playing against ten men and missed a penalty....finally scraping through 1-0 to knock Argyle off the top spot. It was satisfying coming back from 1-0 down to win....something that Sheridan found hard to do. Crawley had a good 3-0 away win tonight..... so Saturdays game could be a re-run of tonights struggle all over again. Not many only 6000 plus tonight,which is disappointing.....probably means that POTD fans couldn't afford two games in a week....let us hope that that is the reason....still disappointing personally. Looking forward to hearing the facts later....but I feel it will not be good reading....at least we can win when not playing well and that is encouraging.
