On my way home from the Far East and have been out of contact for 3 weeks. Just updated nyself at Singapore and have some concerns as to whether we are doing enough to stay in the Championship long term or are we wandering down the same old road to nowhere with very little idea of what it takes to push onward? Sticking the same old fingers in the dyke may solve the situation for today but will never address the longer term issues which have plagued our team for decades. Expecting a different result by doing the same old same old does not do it for me and if we continue to base our future on essentially doing nothing concrete will lead to disaster, or something close. Victor's on his way home.
Mike - with the transfer window being shut the only option now is loan players - the signing of Bennet and Cox on loan (wages will not be cheap) I think shows that we are Much has been written on here about formations etc (I think I must be the only one who is saying 3-5-2 is ok) but for me we are not that far off
Unless we've arrived in January already I don't know what you was really expecting? We've got two new loanees but that takes us to six but only allowed 5 on match days, so one always loses out.
Nice to hear from you mike, the footy has been good, simon cox i have always rated from his swindon days, done well at wba as well, but he has not started yet,as not fit, plus wilbs has been playing very well, the lad from norwich has started and done okay. However a fit simon cox would be a excellent player. I would imagine he will be on good money. City v cardiff is on sky tomorriw night enjoy it,hopefully bring three points home.
