Life in the Premiership. For me the Jury is out. For me the waiting time between games is becoming very boring, for eg, next home game 3rd/4th of November !! I know we have International breaks, but life in the PL is becoming a little monotonous. Dont get me wrong i look forward to every game. However i found the Championship lots more exciting.

Personally I find relegation battles more exciting than promotion chases. The expectation is that we're going to get no points so when we come away with three feels far better than when everybody is complaining cos we only beat Coventry 1 nil at home.

Good question it's all still a bit new to me isawronnymoorescore, don't miss the night games but early/late or Sunday kick offs are a pain.

29 days between home games !!!! what's all that about ?

Far too much time in cold turkey between my football fix but would I rather be in the Championship ?

    That's a no from me.

The benefit for us expats is we get to see more games on various streams (when they bloody work) throughout the season. So I must say I am enjoying it from that side.

It's a home game worth waiting for though!

Man City is the best experience I've had at the CCS and Fulham away is one of the best away days I've ever had. Like blue says, my expectation level is so much lower in this league, every game is like a cup final. I'll be absolutely gutted if we get relegated.

My next game should be Norwich with a bit of luck, didn't attend 6 aways last year so I can't get Chelsea tickets (good luck to those who did, they deserve it).

We have been striving long enough to reach the top division, now let's learn to enjoy it.

The gap between matches can seem like a closed season in some cases but maybe we will get a run in the cup.

It's enjoyment in a perverse sense - not losing in the Prem is a result for us at the moment.

As for entertainment, you won't find a better standard of football over a 20 team division anywhere in the world. Top quality football at the CCS should be appreciated, but not necessarily when it's at the expense of your own team.

We have a lot to learn, but I'll take it right now for what it is. The "entertainment" value will be greatly enhanced when we can compete (hopefully) on a somewhere near level to those who currently dominate this division, rather than seeming to be running scared.

Championship appeared better as we expected to win practically every game - now we appear just not to want to lose them.

I am enjoying it more for the overall experience.

I hate the style of football we play, however. Painful to watch.

I know the standard of football is much higher, and the atmosphere at the stadium is superb. Perhaps once the WC Quals are out of the way, the season will start properly. December looks a good month, and a vital one for us.

It's an eye opener seeing the skill level of the PL players. We have seen some unbelievable talent in first 4 home games, and more to come in next 3.

It's not so enjoyable seeing City lose; we're not used to it. Just hope we can put away the few chances we seem to get in these games, and play more offensively from the off.

Think City will need to spend again in January on a winger, left back, midfield player and forward (unless Cornelius shows he is worth the money).

Overall a great experience, well worth the wait for me since 1971 - be a shame if it all ended here as watching the championship on tv, it looks like parks football compared to the quality on show at this level.

I get every game live even if i'm out & about and have to use my phone which is great, caused some funny looks from people at Disneyland when we went up against Man city though, not sure even they had ever seen anyone that happy.

Hate all the down time between games though for these international breaks but that might have more to do with the Wales team than anything else.
