Would be my choice. Someone who knows Dyche very well, would be cheap, would be willing to take over should things go wrong, and has been here through as turbulent a time as we've known. I know a lot of people are going for experience, but for as long as GT is at the club, whatever help is needed is just a telephone call away. For me, what is most important is that manager and assistant work as a team, both understanding that the manager is in charge, but that the assistant has a very important contribution to make.
I completely agree. He also has experience of working with youth players and that is arguably more important with our squad.
