Had to fill in some ****e form for my appraisal marking myself out of 5 for different things. Now, I passed my course last year but they still haven't officially promoted me, even though I do the work of a senior technician. So I marked myself 5 out of 5 for everything and in the comments boxes for everything just wrote "If an apprentice produced work like I do, they would deserve 5 out of 5" Got an email from my boss telling me to do it seriously. Told him I am serious He's no happy because now he needs to approve it before sending it to HR and I'm refusing to change any of it He's worried he'll look like a fanny because of me <****>
If he's anything like my boss, I'm sure he looks like a fanny in his own right, without any help from you.

He's a decent guy, but I've told him to promote me **** knows how many times in the last year. As soon as I leave next summer they'll be ****ed. I carry the other 2 technicians here, they are worse than useless
