Apologies

Not really sure how to put this in words or if it will come across as how I mean it but I'll try my best.

OK, well firstly I'm truly ashamed of the way I behaved last night. MR, Syd, Comm & anyone else who was upset or offended.

I have no excuse & I really don't know why I do it. I hate falling out with people & upsetting them. I guess this may come across as some kind of grovelling apology & I've re-written it four times as I really don't know how to put it but it is genuine & heartfelt.

Anyhow, like I say, I cannot turn back the clock, (if only I could), so sorry to everyone. Especially MR.

This, we all know your going through a difficult time Billy don't let this worry you.

 

Let's hope MR can use this opportunity to reflect and apologise too, as for you Billy... we know what you've been through, take care. Keep posting!

 

Billy mate: I think the majority of the lads and lasses on here who know what you are going through, will be willing to give you more leeway than otherwise would be the case...
If you feel the red mist coming on, then maybe you should think about turning your computer off for a while until it dies down...

How many times can you use the same excuse, if you can't control yourself, don't post, simple.

 

A few comments from me Billy, thank you for at least having the balls to say, "I was wrong", however, I have to say I agree with your views on last nights thread, just not how you voiced those views.

The problem to me is very simple, it is covered over and over again on the other thread, a small number of posters don't get on, don't seem to like each other of have any respect for each other.

MackemsRule and Bart, Badger and Chaps for a start and I don't have any problem with that, one at all because there is no rule that says we all have to like each other. I accept by the way that others fit into this to various degrees.

Now if all Sunderland fans say did not like or want chaps on here, easy, I could block him, however many enjoy debating with him and other Newcastle fans so bans wont happen without a good reason, I don't see one.

I also have no problem with banter or even some abuse if called for, being a Newcastle fan however is, IMO, not a reason.

So, what's wrong with simply pressing the ignore button or logging off, why should everyone have to decided to leave a thread because a few people don't get on?

None of us want these threads, we all want to enjoy so please, please, think before you write, not just you Billy, everyone, including me.

We all know your hurting and I believe that is the main reason you didn't get barred yesterday.
You have many cyber mates on here and I for one enjoy your posts. You did however go way beyond the mark in your comments to MR.
Remember your forces training mate. Minimum force with controlled aggression and all that.
The pain will fade to happy memories...It does however, take time...You'll get there, if not for yourself for those that love you.

 

I'd actually get along with both of them if they got along with me. Honestly, tell me, when have I ever been the first person to insult or attack either of them?

I don't dislike anyone on here. It's just a forum. If anyone who 'hates me' could get over it and move on then I'd crack on with them like nothing ever happened.

Anyway, besides what Syd said, I have no idea what any of this is about and I'm not sure what to know either.

 

I don't think this was needed to be honest, but I always think the ability to either admit your wrong or apologise is a trait to be proud of. Fancy having a word with my missus Billy, its 12 years and counting as far as not getting apologies off her go.
