I don't see a problem with gloves. Hands get ****ing freezing playing football even when everything else is warm and it's bloody distracting. I completely agree that choosing to wear a short sleeved shirt with gloves is nonsense though.
Gloves can be worn when it is a degree or so above freezing and below freezing, apart from that they are for sissys and Cisses
