Now that it looks like QPR & Reading look 100% down, it really can be anyone from Southampton down for the final place. 7 games (21) points on offer. This is going to be one hell of a run in.

There's a whole bunch who COULD go down. Hopefully we'll win our easier (not easy) home games and hang on by the skin of our teeth. Give PDC something to work on in the summer.

We need to get to a minimum of 37 points to stand any chance of staying up. That will have to be achieved from the Everton, Skunks, Southampton, Stoke and Villa games.

We will get nothing from Chelsea and Spurs.

Can we get 6 or 7 points from those games? Who knows. Should we? If we don't we deserve to go down because anything less than 38 points in a season is ****e imo fro any club. A point a game is the bare minimum a club should achieve and for a club that spends £35m in a season and pays big wages, 38 points is a poor return.

It's very doable. People bang on about how hard the fixtures are but an out of form Everton, Newcastle, Stoke and Villa along with in form but newly promoted Southampton. That should be at least six points. At the start of the season we'd have expected at very least six points from those games.

On the assumption we draw with the mags I can see us picking up 8 points at best and the Mags picking up 6 points at best. could be a lot riding on the derby, esp if the other teams around us pick up some points, in fact, looking at the run in it could be us, mags and villa fighting to avoid that last relegation place.
