If he somehow survives this week (i have a sickening feeling he will) how do we as a majority of Sunderland fans best get the message across to the board that we no longer want Steve Bruce as our manager as we believe he will relegate us this season.

I fully back and even chanted Bruce out yesterday but didn't like the nastier personal insults. I believe that whilst theres a game to win we should get behind the lads as much as we can and it wast until Wigan won the game that the chants really started. Can we force the issue? If so how? More Bruce out chanting at games? BRUCE OUT banners around the ground? Or could it take something more drastic like voting with feet and staying away or a walk put. Its making me sick to think that the board seem content to sit back and allow this rot to continue. If they act now its not too late.

He simply must go. How can we make it happen?

I'm dead against protests personally, I don't think it's the way forward.

Personally, I think any action should not happen either before, or whilst the team is on the park.

I'm due home for 2 weeks, and if Bruce is still change, I can't guarantee i'll practice what I preach mind.

I hope,(but doubt) that the tragic death of Gary Speed will temper some of the petty and pathetic name calling aimed at Bruce, the personal insults just detract from the argument.

If you feel the need to vent your spleen better to protest outside of the main entrance en masse, that's what we did at Roker Park - also it
is not detrimental to supporting the team during the match.

Parker you're very wrong. The fans at the back of the north stand started singing "bruce out" with about 3 minutes to go. I am firmly in the "bruce out" camp but wait until the final whistle before singing. It visibly affected the players and I think that cost us the game as defence was solid untilthe fans started singing Bruce out when our defence made it's only mistake.

For ****s sake no protesting outside the ground like our neighbours do at the drop of a hat!
I find that acutely embarrassing as I'm sure most nufc fans do. All it does is give the southern bias press the opportunity to cherry pick inbred workshy knuckle daggers to stick in front of a camera and represent our region.
Keep any protests in the stadium and as civil as possible. As much as I want Bruce out resorting to abusive personal insults will just reflect badly on us all.

i sit at the back of north stand and only heard a handful of people at 1-1.

I just think its gone too far, Bruce is taking us down and something needs to be done. We are Sunderland and we deserve better.

I think , you bringing Gary Speeds name into this article was ill chosen, not the time/ place/or reason for doing so.
