    Looks like another midfielder imminent in the shape of jack Doherty from Waterford. An 18 year old. Played 20 times last season scoring 3 goals. Another young starlet I wonder?

    I've seen this guy, he is class, he could pass a ball 5 yards to the left or right mostly to a player on his side, forward to an unmarked striker AND score howitzers from 6 yards (when on his own and the keeper on the floor following a parry).

    He is a genuine starlet.

    sounds like the kind of signing we used to make back in the good old days.
    May make it, may not but its nice to hear a transfer and think 'potential' rather than 'why are we paying that much for that useless tosser'
