As it proves how frequently people post on here, for instance the fact that GRB has 5684 proves to me that he post more than u who has 831 post (no offence).

I think as long as your relatively active, then you should be considered. I just think "over 3K posts" is a bit OTT. 1K perhaps.

Tbf though it's not indicative of activity though, I don't post constantly all the time but I'm pretty much there lurking, until there's a way for logging hours spent on the forums there's no way of proving the most active.

It's always nice going " yeah I'll suggest my name " but honestly there's no point, I doubt I'd get much votes anyway, my login time is rather erratic - although I do little so ya know, I do have the time. Just not the capability to be able to keep up with it (though to be fair, the rules seem rather.. non-existent apart from the obvious racist/vulgar language sort of posts or pointless bickering or, more recently, a certain dick named Tiote. urgh)

Doubt the banter will be that good til the new season, to be honest. With my massive post count and undeniably high rep power, I'm a shoe-in for the mod job! Think we should wait til new season before getting another mod, or maybe a temp just for summer

Aye, I still lurked to keep my sanity often had this site open whilst running the other programs.
TBF though this extra mod position (judging from the last poll) has to go to GRB or AP or both since GRB will be away or maybe one of them could be stand in until AG comes back from whatever he's doing!
As I'm not sure we actually need more than 3, we just need 3 constantly active when currently only 2 of them are.

By the way, I agree that post numbers mean jack shiet. To tell you the truth, I can't fathom how some people on here have 3,000, 4,000 and 5,000 posts. I don't understand where they all are. I feel like I post a lot (must be at least 20+ times a day) but I'm obviously completely outclassed in that department.

 

I'm nearing 3000 posts and I can honestly say that around 10% of those are in the Match Day Threads shouting GOOOAL or many many many many expletives, 15% drooling over the prospect of Gervinho/Gameiro + calling cwarr a "bullshitting tosspot", around 5% on real football talk, while the other 70% is mostly, categorically, pure and utter ****e.
