Don't know about anyone else, but I think that the loan system is totally out of control. When it was introduced it appeared to help the lower league teams, but now at premiership level, together with the top leagues in Italy, Germany and Spain the system is rife. I really do not think it does anything for team/dressing room spirit and is a shop window opportunity...like Tom Ince for example. And if WE get somebody decent in on loan, we do not pick him...yer avin a larf Hughsie
It does feel sometimes (amongst the tiny fragrnents of hope) that very little has changed overall from the previous managment - style adjustment, yes but same old results.
As you say , not much has changed. Who appointed this manager ? Who appointed the previous one ? The two most important decisions of all , and both spectacular errors by Coates. That is where the blame belongs !
I agree it's difficult enough to get the team to pull together as one without this and the January transfer window doesn't help.
