If you could invite 1 current Sunderland player round for Christmas lunch, who would it be and why?

Can't think of any player who I'd like to sit down with and have a drink and a natter over food but, I would like to have MON over for a quick Q and A.

Unless you are having Nando's for Christmas dinner there is no chance of him coming round.

Roast him a big free range turkey in thyme and lemon with chestnut stuffing, loads of winter veggies and 5 different types of tatties -loads of gravy and fresh cranberry sauce. don't forget the soggy sprouts, skinny sausages and sage 'n' onion stuffing!

Then when you're offered desert, people just groan a bit. Eventually it reappears along with tea and cakes about 6 hours later, after much farting and sleeping. Then everyone settles down to a good movie, only for people to belch and fart and sleep to all over again as people get a bit pissed and crowd the kitchen -that's Christmas.

    I'm sure he'd come <ok>

Mig. After growing up in Brussels and for a little while in sint truiden, his hometown, we could discuss our shared love of mussels, crepes, waffles, cycling, horse meat, strong beer and horsey looking women.

****. I really want to have dinner with the mig now.
