He'd have better options than us if he was to leave Man City.

Alvaro Negredo is not for sale insists Manuel Pellegrini as Real Madrid prepare £20million bid for Spain striker
'We don't want to sell him' says Pellegrini
Alvaro Negredo currently out with metatarsal injury
Manchester City also have Sergio Aguero, Edin Dzeko and Stevan Jovetic as striking options
Real Madrid believe they can sign Negredo as City come to terms with home-grown quotas for European football

Yeah he came from Madrid, they send him to Almerai with a buy back option, he did great for them for 2 years, and Madrid bought him back for 6million or so, with the sole intention to sell, straight to Sevilla for double their buy back money.

I'm not sure he ever actually played a game for Madrid, I'd have to check.

Madrid & Barca do it often mate as they will often have a huge crop of players come through that can't get into the team.

It's staggering the amount of La Liga player who started at one of the big 2, huge huge numbers of them.

No wonder then that have kept status quo in Spain if they are allowed to hoover up all the talent, and hold the rest of the league to ransom for them. I suppose all the big clubs do it, look at how many players start at Man U throughout the divisions.

    Its all wrong.

To be fair, the 2 academies are incredible, the young lads live & eat together, and whilst they are there they recieve top class education and guidance as well, so those that don't make it are set for a good life anyway.

You have to credit the quality of the 2 places.
