And chop the goal off too? He gets a ban because he benefited from his dive, if the ref had spotted the dive and given him a yellow he wouldn't have benefited from it.
fair enough if it's stops diving then it's a good thing but what about gary o'connor? his was worse than wee sone's O'Connor - cleary a tarrier name Aluko - clearly a Proddy name Bigots
Two wrongs don't make a right , you keep comparing o'connor and Aluko incidents .Recently in the Scottish cup two players have been charged with touching the ref , your player got off , East Stirling player 12 games ban. Why are all Rangers fans calling foul against the decision that only went against you ??
Poor wee Sally isn't ahappy camper..... "I have to say that I am absolutely shocked and extremely angry at the fact this committee has upheld the decision to give Sone a two game ban. "The meeting was chaired by a former referee and I have to say his decision making hasn't improved any since he stopped refereeing. "The three gentlemen on the panel have effectively called my player a cheat and a liar, neither of which he is. "What they've effectively done is they have said the player has cheated to get the penalty." I would love to see what Sally's reaction would have been if the roles had been reversed and Dunfermline had cheated to get a penalty that won them the game. The gap in the league would have down to one point and I sure he would have been just as dignified as he has been today.
Sally keeps mentioning things that have gone against him , a third into this season Rangers have already won two games thanks to dives resulting in soft penalties , Naismith should have been sent off twice and wasn't ,two players have been wrongly sent off against Rangers an Aberdeen and Inverness player . Yet he wants to talk about a sly kick on Lafferty the biggest cheat of all
Medro, Smith didn't back Lafferty when he was caught out cheating with the Mulgrew 'headbutt.' I might be wrong, but didn't Rangers fine or ban him? Aluko cheated just the same as Lafferty. I understand Sally backing his player, but when it is as transparent a cheat as Lafferty's was, then it does not put Sally in a good light. On top of that, the distinct lack of that fabled Ibrox 'dignity' is there for all to see. His player cheated and got the match winning penalty so why not just accept that good fortune? Or would he have rather had him booked, no penalty, match drawn and the league's gap cut to two points?
I don't see the the point your making cossy i think the lafferty incident was clearly worse as it ended up with a sending off and an idiot pretending to be headbutted i think the lafferty incident is much worse and thats the sort of **** you should do when someone acts the ****ing idiot. Aluko might've dived but doesn't mean manager should turn against him.
MD, i think we agree both acts were examples of cheating. Some people might have differing views on their severity, but both had a serious affect on the game. McCoist knows he got three points when he shouldn't have. But on top of that he wants his cheating player to be absolved? Rangers fans and the club go on about this much vaunted 'dignity.' It wasn't there today from him, because it is clear he has benefitted from cheating and he wants the cheat to go unpunished. Where is the dignity in that?
****in hate those standrads!!! Like I said you buoys seemed to be shocked that a football manager backed his player. Is this new to you?
Another example of this club that claims to be dignified, when it is clearly not .Their managers rant has got to see him charged , mentioning a Motherwell player getting elbowed was a comment you expect from a paranoid fan sitting in a pub, this incident wasn't even in a Rangers game. I recall a couple of season ago Mcculloch clearly elbowing a young Aberdeen player in the face , how this was never referred was unbelievable but at no time did Celtic mention it , when everything was going against us
