Yes, the curse of Sky. Definitely real, 100% fact. I suggest that we play the whole development squad to give them a run out since the points are beyond us. Actually, the curse of Sky is real enough, but it's got nothing to do with our poor form in front of the cameras, and everything to do with the ridiculous sums of money which has ruined the game.
Cripes!! The season has not even started (in fact neither has training) and we are seeing negative threads such as this! Oh yee of little faith! Although the first game of the season cannot be seen as a good benchmark of what is to come and some would argue the first 10 games provides only a little insight to the seasons end; I cannot wait for the Leeds fixture - it will be good to see how we have improved against a team who we shared the same league 2 seasons ago and a side that should be in the playoff mix come April 2012...
I hate it when people take the "Sky curse" seriously. I'm guessing these are the kind of people who take horoscopes seriously as well. Seriously people, show science some respect!
Sky curse, my @rse. JPT Final, anyone? As a first game of the season, or at any other point of the season, Leeds are a tough side to play. They have been playing at a higher level than us for a while. I am still confident. After all, we are unbeaten in the 2011-12 season. Let's worry if it goes wrong, not before it starts please
