Just for a bit of fun I reckon the letter 'W' has been pretty lucky for City when you consider:
    Wagstaff
    Whitehurst
    Windass
Which letters do you think are the luckiest / unluckiest and why?

B's been pretty good for us, Barmby, Brabin, Bly, Brown (for taking us to the PL) and C also with Chilton, Carter and Chester. Also I see you've not added 'Walton' to the list of the great W's Craig <whistle>

Ok Ok! So on one side we have Wagstaff, Whitehurst and Windass and on the other we have Walton and Wilbraham.

Another B is the Late Bill Baxter a great centre half of the early 70's team......dont also forget the legendary wing wizard Ian Butler plus good full backs Frankie Banks and Don Beardsley of the same era.

As for the C....how can you miss Frazier Campbell for what he did in 2007/2008 season ? lol

How about this for a W team:

    Wilson

    Whittle
    Whitney
    Wilcox
    Wiseman

    Whitmore
    Welsh
    Wallace

    Windass
    Wagstaff
    Whitehurst

    Bench:
    Walters
    Warner
    Woodhouse
    Waghorn
    Wilbraham

Can anyone come up with a better 'one letter' squad?

Two other goalies to consider (one on the bench) - Myhill and Maddison (should be in the team ahead of McKechnie)
