Yes, I know it's the Daily Fail but hey ho... http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...il-Premier-League-s-big-Scottish-manager.html
Every interview reinforces the impression of a man heading for the top. He is a real leader with a very astute football brain. I would hope that we sign him to a long term contract to ward off the pl predators.
Bearing in mind how good Hamilton were at considering his chance to work at a higher level, it would be difficult to then prevent him from attaining the chance to go even higher!
I hadn't realised that until after the Brentford game he was still largely using Adams' ideas, and only started to put his own stamp on things after. That bodes well.
He is quite clever, certainly. It's a way of saying that his one loss so far was not down to him. At the same time he claims Bournemouth as his victory. IMO, he's done enough already to not have to do that sort of thing. He's brought a decisiveness and high work-rate, quick passing style of play which has got it's one rewards. Wolves and Watford were both key games and he managed both beautifully. Blackburn was harder work, but the new decisiveness paid off in the end. Let's hope it will do so again against Ipswich and then we're really on our way! OTBC!
